Organic Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum) 1000mg
Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) 530mg
Linoleic Acid 137mg
Oleic Acid 120mg
Organic Ground Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) 27.5mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob), d-alpha tocopherol.
Contains 70% organic ingredients.

Recommended Purpose:
Source of essential fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health.

Recommended dosage:
1–3 softgels 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Drink a full glass (250 mL or 8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Do not take within 2 hours of other medications.

Attention:
Consult a physician prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting or if you have a chronic gastrointestinal disorder. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur in rare cases; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
