1. Local Delivery

1. Enjoy Free Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territory (commercial, industrial address) under 2 kilograms* when purchased over HK$1000* (after discount).
2. Local Delivery available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territory (residential, commercial, industrial address) under 2 kilograms*.
3. Self pick up available at MyLifestyle.hk / PRO.CONCEPT Purchase Centre (call for appointment before 2 working days).

2. Overseas delivery

Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. MyLifestyle.hk / PRO.CONCEPT will not be responsible for failed delivery due to wrongly stated addresses, names or in case the shipment is held by local Customs authorities, etc. MyLifestyle.hk / PRO.CONCEPT will also not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged after passing to Hong Kong Post.

3. Applicable fees

Below are individual applicable fees:

• Purchases under HK$1000*(after discount), must add extra HK$40 for local delivery.
• Remote area: not excluding hospital, university, college, government establishment, Tung Chung, Sham Wan, Sai Kung, Yuen Long, etc., must add extra HK$80 for remote area delivery.
• Overweight item: purchases over 2 kilograms*, must add extra HK$20 per kilogram (under 1 kilogram will be rounded up to 1 kilogram).
• Cash on delivery (COD): choose (COD) option, must add extra HK$20 service fee.

Delivery available only on Monday to Friday; excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

B. Self Pick Up

After confirming purchase, members will receive MyLifestyle.hk / PRO.CONCEPT confirmation email for verification. Must present confirmation email to MyLifestyle.hk / PRO.CONCEPT Purchase Centre to pick up merchandise. (call for appointment before 2 working days)
All confirmed purchases must be picked up within 60days, No refund or exchange if merchandise were not picked up within 60days. No reminder will be sent out.
